1. Product Overview: Butane compressor is specially used for pressurized transportation of n-butane and isobutane, with extremely low flash point, flammability and explosion-proof. The equipment adopts oil-free explosion-proof structure, which meets the requirements of pressurized circulation of foaming agent and refrigerant raw materials, taking into account two major working conditions: tank unloading and process circulation.

2, performance characteristics:

Oil-free clean lubrication: there is no lubricating oil in the cylinder to contact the medium, so as to avoid butane dissolved engine oil polluting the finished medium.

Stable operation at low temperature: it is equipped with large-capacity water-cooled heat exchanger, and the exhaust temperature is controlled below 85℃ in high temperature environment to prevent the risk of thermal decomposition of butane.

Multiple pressure relief protection: cylinder body and pipeline are equipped with explosion-proof diaphragm+pressure interlock shutdown, and overpressure is automatically released to buffer recovery tank.

Compact integration: integrated base of main engine, cooler, oil and gas recovery and electric control cabinet, which occupies a small area and is convenient for filling station installation.

3. Application scope: transportation of foamed plastic raw materials, isobutane refrigerant production line, butane gas filling of lighters, oil and gas light hydrocarbon recovery and aerosol production.
