What is a high-pressure filling compressor?

High-pressure filling compressor adopts multi-stage piston compression structure, which is pressurized step by step by multi-stage cylinders and matched with high-strength pressure-bearing valve bodies and pipelines. It is mainly used for high-pressure filling of various industrial gas cylinders and storage tanks, and is widely used in gas stations, new energy hydrogenation and special gas filling industries.

Core special requirements include:

Ultra-high pressure force output: 2~6 compression structure, standard exhaust pressure 10~40MPa, customized model up to 90MPa, covering the filling requirements of hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and methane;

Staged cooling system: after each stage of compression, a water-cooled heat exchanger is independently equipped to quickly export compression heat to prevent high-temperature cracking and spontaneous combustion of the medium;

High-pressure bearing parts: cylinder, flange and valve core are thickened with forged alloy steel, and are equipped with multi-stage safety valves and pressure transmitters for real-time grading monitoring;

Multi-safety interlock: equipped with overpressure, overtemperature, water cut-off, overload, shutdown and pressure relief protection, automatic shutdown after filling, to prevent the explosion risk of gas cylinder overcharge;

Media-specific modification: for flammable and explosive media such as hydrogen and acetylene, the internal components are treated without sparks, and the whole machine is grounded against static electricity.
