Strict oil-free/oil-less sealing: the mixing of lubricating oil with propylene will affect the purity of polymer products, the diaphragm/oil-free machine will isolate oil stains, and the packing will be sealed to prevent oil from entering the medium;

Anti-liquid impact structure: liquid propylene is easy to appear under compression condition, and a gas-liquid separator and buffer tank are arranged in front to prevent liquid impact from damaging the cylinder valve plate;

Impermeable sealing structure: propylene molecules are easy to leak, and multi-layer combined packing seal is adopted, which is matched with combustible gas leakage monitoring and alarm;

Safety interlock system: stop automatically in case of overtemperature, overpressure, low oil pressure and excessive leakage, set nitrogen replacement interface, and start to replace the air in the pipe;

Material and pipe control are prohibited: avoid metal fittings that are easy to react with propylene impurities and prevent self-aggregation and corrosion of pipeline equipment.
